Returns
At ARSEN, every product is made specifically to order. As each item is custom-produced upon purchase, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as a change of mind, incorrect size selection, or personal preference.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order details and clear photos so we can review the issue and provide an appropriate resolution.
Order Cancellation
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us through our official Instagram Direct Messages (DMs) or our customer support channel within 24 hours of placing your order.
Cancellation requests submitted after 24 hours may not be accepted, as production may have already begun.
